Bringing your car into the mechanic
all-the-lights:
is really fucking inconvenient when the commuter rail doesn’t run early enough for you to get to work.
Living in NYC my whole life, imagine my surprise when I was wrecked with some friends after midnight around Quincy Market trying to get back to our hotel. The thought of the rail closing hadn’t even occurred to us. That was one expensive cab ride.
